Monumental Webinar: It's Here! The OSHA Vaccine Mandate for US Companies
Billed as one of the most substantial legislative developments since the pandemic began, OSHA has published the emergency temporary standard (ETS) for mandatory vaccines; or regular employee testing for COVID-19. Although the standard is designed for employers with 100++ employees, there are important lessons and continuing regulations for smaller employers.

Marx, ALCM, COSS, COEA, CHPP, Vice President, we will walk you through the ETS requirements, hazard mitigation, compliance issues, and practical suggestions for managing this historic legislation. Steve and Cathi have been instrumental in developing COVID-19 Protection Plans for companies throughout the US and were the first to offer materials free of charge to all those in need.

* Critical dates and requirements
* Rules for the vaccinated and unvaccinated

* Facemasks, distancing, and other means of protection

Join us for the Active Shooter / Situational Awareness Training Sessions
This presentation will cover the four types of workplace violence as identified by OSHA and the FBI, including a review of past workplace and public events (where active shooter incidents have occurred) with an emphasis on situational awareness and how employees can train themselves to be more aware of their surroundings.  The concept of run-hide-fight as outlined by the department of Homeland Security will be reviewed (as a best practice to ensure safety), including a discussion about the most important steps employers and employees can take to reduce the possibility of a work-place violence event.  We will cover the tenets of situational awareness and how employees can train themselves to be more mindful and present in their daily lives so that may increase their chances of surviving an active shooter event.
The presentation is approximately 1.25 hours long and is presented by a highly experienced presenter/trainer

COVID -19 Re-Opening Guidelines: From an OSHA, insurance, and underwriting perspective
It seems like every day we receive new guidance on COVID-19 instructions on opening a business. From manufacturing, agriculture, hospitality and offices; there are expectations to follow the CDC, OSHA state and local requirements. From an insurance perspective; there is no real precedent on how employee or public claims may be managed. However, there are basic guidelines that should be followed by all employers to create a "safe & healthy" workplace and to minimize liability.
We will cover the basics in the 1-hour webinar to provide insurance professionals knowledge and tools to ask basic questions on current and prospective insureds.
